Public comment will be allowed in-person or remotely by telephone. Speakers may only register to speak on an item once either in-person or remotely and will be allowed up to three minutes to provide their comments. Discussion and recommend the Resource Management Commission’s priorities for the Fiscal Year 2026- 2027 Budget. DISCUSSION ITEMS 3. Discussion on the value of solar and the social cost of carbon components. 4. Discussion on proposed improvements to Austin Energy's EV charging and small battery incentive programs.
