Public comment will be allowed in-person or remotely by telephone. Speakers may only register to speak on an item once either in-person or remotely and will be allowed up to three minutes to provide their comments. Discussion and recommend changing the city code that relates to allowable methods for board and commission communications. 3. Discuss and recommend approval of the 2026 Resource Management Commission Meeting Schedule. STAFF BRIEFING 4. Staff Briefing regarding an update and review of the Austin Energy Solar Portfolio by Tim Harvey, Director, Customer Energy Solutions, Austin Energy.
