Home Energy Savings • Residential whole home energy efficiency upgrades with rebate for HPWH. Incentive: $800/unit. • Appliance Efficiency Program • Stand-alone rebate for HPWH for residential customers. Incentive: $800/unit. • Instant Savings • Stand-alone rebate for HPWH for residential customers. Incentive: $800/unit. • Multifamily Pilot Multifamily Smart Home Rewards Residential New Construction • • FY24-25: Pilot completed with Habitat for Humanity. Provided incentives for 12 WiFi enabled HPWH. • Pilot for cellular or WiFi enabled water heater controllers and smart thermostats. FY26: Planned launch of all-electric incentive packages, including HPWH. • Potential project with 30+ new, low- moderate income, single-family homes in FY26. Multifamily New Construction • • • Tenant receive bill credits and property receive devices free of charge and recurring incentive.
