Public comment will be allowed in-person or remotely by telephone. Speakers may only register to speak on an item once either in-person or remotely and will be allowed up to three minutes to provide their comments. Approve the minutes of the Resource Management Commission Regular Meeting on November 19, 2024 and approve the minutes of the Resource Management Commission Special Called Meeting on December 3, 2024. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS 2. Discussion and recommend against merging the Resource Management Commission and the Zero Waste Advisory Commission. 3. Discussion regarding changes to Austin Energy’s Residential Rooftop Solar Program, with inclusion of energy storage batteries.
