AGENDA CALL TO ORDER CITIZEN COMMUNICATION: GENERAL Speakers signed up prior to the meeting being called to order will each be allowed three minutes to address concerns regarding items not posted on the agenda. Consent APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Approve minutes of the November 19, 2019 meeting. NEW BUSINESS 2. Authorize negotiation and execution of a contract with High Performance SmarteBuilding, LLC, D/B/A SmarteBuilding, to provide SmarteBuilding software subscription and support services, for a term of five years for a total contract amount not to exceed $2,000,000. Non-Consent STAFF REPORTS AND BRIEFINGS 3. Roofing technology update from Austin Energy Green Building 4. Quarterly energy efficiency program update from Texas Gas Service UPDATES FROM COMMISSIONERS, WORKING GROUP 5. Update from members of the Resource Management Commission Access to Solar Working Group: Commissioners Brenneman, Harmon and Johnson and Vice Chair White. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS 6.
