I wanted to be sure you knew that the landlord of the property has treated Rockstar Bagels fairly. The landlord has kept us informed concerning the rezoning and after our lease expired in February 2026 the landlord allowed us to continue on a month-to-month basis, as we look for a larger space to rent. Although the landlord has offered to provide comparable space nearby, we are looking to expand and will now require more space than the landlord has available elsewhere. Nevertheless, there is time and the landlord has agreed to continue the month- to-month lease arrangement for at least another year and to help us find a larger home.
