After attempting to work with the applicant on behalf of the Contact Team and the surrounding neighbors, the following issues remain: ● Lack of building height stair-stepping for common sense compatibility in a single family neighborhood. ● Loss of neighborhood green space. ● Lack of a clear evaluation and plan to protect Travis Audobon Chimney Swift habitat. ● Request for a Traffic Signal Warrant Analysis for impacted intersections/city bike lane. ● Increased percentage of affordable multi-family units in response to displacement in this East Austin neighborhood.
