Mopac Expwy SVRD NB are scheduled for consideration by Planning Commission on 2-10-26. On behalf of the applicant for the foregoing cases, please postpone consideration of these cases from the 2-10-26 to the 3-10-26 Planning Commission meeting, to allow for more time for dialogue with the North Shoal Creek NP Contact Team, and to study issues involving the property and the rezoning/NPA cases.
