RECOMMENDATION TO LAND USE COMMISSION Environmental Commission Recommendation Number: 20260107-002 Round Rock Independent School District Interlocal Agreement WHEREAS, the Environmental Commission recognizes the applicant, Round Rock Independent School District, is requesting an interlocal agreement with the City of Austin; and WHEREAS, the Environmental Commission recognizes the sites are located in Suburban & Water Supply Suburban Watersheds as well as Buttercup Creek, Lake Creek and South Brushy Creek Watersheds; and WHEREAS, the Environmental Commission recognizes that staff recommends this interlocal agreement.
