Mopac from 1- 13-26 to 2-10-26 Good afternoon: I understand that the zoning case (case #C14-2025-0088) and related Neighborhood Plan Amendment case (case #NPA-2025-0031.01) covering 8701 N. Mopac Expwy SVRD NB are scheduled for consideration by Planning Commission on 1-13-26. On behalf of the applicant for the foregoing cases, please postpone consideration of these cases from the 1-13-26 to the 2-10-26 Planning Commission meeting, to allow for more time for dialogue with the North Shoal Creek NP Contact Team, and to study issues involving the property and the rezoning/NPA cases.
