Vice Chair Woods and Commissioner Barrera-Ramirez were absent. • From the south property line, for a depth of 75 feet, the maximum building height will be 30 feet. • Between 75 feet and 225 feet, from the south property line, the maximum building height will be 90 feet. • Beyond 225 feet, from the south property line, the maximum building height will be 120 feet. • A $250,000 contribution will be made to the Guadalupe Neighborhood Development Corporation with the goal of providing additional affordable housing in the Govalle/Johnson Terrace neighborhood following the issuance of a certificate of occupancy by the City of Austin. • An additional $50,000 contribution will also be made to the Colorado River Conservancy following the issuance of a certificate of occupancy by the City of Austin. 5.
