Staff requests a postponement of the above-referenced rezoning case, and the associated Plan Amendment Case (East 11th and 12th Street Urban Renewal Area Modification #13) 2025 Planning Commission Meeting. This request is being made so the cases can proceed to the Urban Renewal Board for a public hearing on August 18, 2025.
