From that hearing, an item can be postponed 60 days to another hearing; those available dates are July 8, July 22 and August 12. They plan to request PP to August 12. They would like time to “confer with neighbors and HOA board, neighborhood associations and legal counsel”. I informed them that as the applicant you could agree with the postponement date or not agree; if you do not agree, then next week (June 24 PC) this item would be a discussion on postponement with potential for actually hearing the item. Please let me know what you want to do. Happy to chat this afternoon if that’s easier.
