Those voting aye were Chair Hempel, and Commissioners Barrera-Ramirez, Cox, Haney, Haynes, and Phillips. Those voting nay were Vice Chair Azhar, and Commissioners Howard, Maxwell, and Skidmore. Commissioner Johnson abstained. Commissioners Anderson and Woods were absent. The motion to postpone to February 11, 2025, was approved on Commissioner Maxwell’s motion, Vice Chair Azhar’s second, on a 7-3 vote.
