Staff would like to request a postponement of the above-mentioned case to April 23, 2024, to have more time to complete the Neighborhood Transportation Analysis (NTA) and give the Neighborhood Plan Amendment case and Rezoning case (which came in at different times) an opportunity to get on the same Planning Commission agenda. The postponement request was made in a timely manner and meets the Planning Commission’s policy. 1 of 1
