US Hwy 290 EB Oak Hill Combined (East Oak Hill) Neighborhood Planning Area Staff requests a postponement of the above-referenced case from the January 9, 2024 Planning Commission hearing to the February 27, 2024 hearing date to allow additional time to review the plan amendment application in conjunction with a zoning application that has yet to be filed. The postponement request was made in a timely manner and meets the Planning Commission’s policy.
