The applicant has recently amended their rezoning request and the staff is asking for additional time to hold the required community meeting and to complete our review of the rezoning request. The postponement request is to keep the applications from expiring and have ample time for City staff to schedule the community meeting that is part of the neighborhood plan amendment process.
