The City Council recently approved Resolution No. 202111180-052, which directed additional amendments to the same code section as the Planning Commission-initiated changes from July 2021, which were initially scheduled and noticed for a public hearing on December 14, 2021. Staff will work to align and combine the approved direction and return to the commission with a staff recommendation for both items simultaneously.
