IH-35 NB Request for Indefinite Postponement by the Applicant ************************************************************************ The Applicant requests an indefinite postponement of the above-referenced neighborhood plan amendment and rezoning cases. They would like to postpone the public hearing in order to reassess the proposed project. This is the first time these cases would have appeared on a Planning Commission agenda. There have been no previous postponement requests.
