Response: This case received all of the regular notification- property owners, utility customers, and registered community groups in a 500-foot radius. Based on my conversations with the agent, the agent says that he has reached out several times but has not ever had a reply from the neighborhood contact. The agent stated that he first contacted the neighborhood group 45 days ago. There have been no meetings.
