The Applicant is working to address ATD review comments on a driveway access study for Nuckols Crossing Road. A postponement will allow Staff the time to evaluate the additional information provided by the Applicant and update the neighborhood traffic analysis. Prior to the public hearing at Planning Commission, Staff will hold an additional meeting with the Applicant and the Neighborhood.
