No site issues noted. *EpicSUP Expedition School Currently managed by TTC. PARD contract manager held second quarter meeting with TTC and Concessionaire on February 13, 2025, as part of ongoing contract management by the Department. Alternate locations discussions are still ongoing. LoneStar Excursion Boats Concessionaire continues to provide manifest for hauled liquid waste as pump outs occur. Austin Rowing Club The Perch food and beverage concession closed at the end of December 2024. ARC is actively looking for a replacement vendor for the space. In February, ARC proposed a guided bike tour offering. PARD has asked for a legal opinion if allowable under the current agreement as a consideration prior to making a final review and approval of the request. Texas Rowing Center Rowing Dock Zilker Park Boat Rental Per the approved POMA Phase II, the City has provided TTC the draft Assignment and Assumption Agreement for review. TTC management of TRC is still pending. PARD contract manager held quarterly meeting with concessionaire onsite in January. No site issues noted. The current contract was extended for one-year and expires on 2/28/2026. *Zilker Eagle Zilker Café APF reduced operational hours from January-March 9th for engine and track maintenance. No private rentals were scheduled for any days that would be closed to the public on Monday- Thursday in January and February. A solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP) was issued at Austin Finance Online by Central Procurement on February 24, 2025.
