Vote Seconded By: Kathryn Flowers The motion to approve a recommendation to Austin City Council to approve the renewal of the Local Standards of Care for the City Parks and Recreation Department’s Youth Recreation Programs was approved on Chair Villalobos’ motion, Vice Chair Flowers’ second on a 7-0 vote with one vacancy.
