Austin Parks and Recreation Department Haskell House & the Story of Clarksville Documentary Premiere Presented by the Historic Preservation & Tourism Program Historic Preservation & Tourism Program (HPT) • City Council allocated Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT) funding in 2017 to support projects and initiatives that meet allowable uses defined under Chapter 351 of the Texas Tax Code.
