Presentation discussion and possible action regarding a recommendation that Austin City Council authorize the negotiation and execution of an interlocal agreement with the Lower Colorado River Authority for the installation, maintenance, and replacement of buoys to assist boaters in recognizing hazards on Lake Austin, Lady Bird Lake, Decker Lake, and the area surrounding Handcox Water treatment Plant on Lake Travis.
