Valid for two (2) years (Extension could be granted within 2 years if 20% of the work has been completed) TCEQ – Edwards Aquifer Protection Program: Proposed maintenance is considered Non-Regulated Activity per Title 30 Texas Administrative Code, 30 TAC 213.3(28) City of Austin: Maintenance projects do not require a permit • • 8 Timeline • Notice to Proceed for maintenance early spring 2022 • Complete maintenance improvements late spring / early summer 2022 Funding Sources Construction funding to be provided by C3 and PARD • • Operations and Maintenance funding to be provided by C3 and PARD 9 Thank You!
