Any alteration made by the Contractor shall become the property of the City at the termination of the contract. City reserves the right to require Contractor to restore the property to its original condition at Contractor's expense. Contractor shall make written report to City Contract Manager of any needed repairs or suggested alterations or improvements. Improvement plans and any revisions are subject to the City’s written approval. 7 MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS PROPOSAL LANGUAGE Concessionaire shall prepare and submit to PARD a Program Plan for educating the public on the use of canoes, kayaks, and SUPs. The plan shall include, but not be limited to, programs for underserved youth and seniors. The plan shall be submitted annually on or before January 31 to be reviewed and approved by PARD. Concessionaire shall be responsible for daily removal of all solid waste, recycling, and compostable waste from the concession area at Concessionaire’s own cost and shall annually submit a general waste management plan, no later than January 31 of each calendar year of operations. 8 FEES FOR SERVICE PROPOSAL LANGUAGE rental options Affordable shall be provided to the citizens of Austin.
