Chair Faust called the PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD FINANCE COMMITTEE Meeting to order at 12:10 p.m. Board Members/Commissioners in Attendance: Sarah Faust, Lisa Hugman, Laura Cottam Sajbel (Ex-Officio) Board Members/Commissioners in Attendance Remotely: Patrick Moore PUBLIC COMMUNICATION: GENERAL None APPROVAL OF MINUTES Approve the minutes of the Parks and Recreation Board Finance Committee Regular Meeting on March 21, 2022. Vanorda Richardson, Financial Manager III, Parks and Recreation Department provided a briefing and answered questions. The motion elect Patrick Moore to the officer position of Chair of the Parks and Recreation Board Finance Committee was approved on Board Member Moore’s motion, Board Member Hugman’s second on a 3-0 vote.
