Discussion and possible action on recommendation of the updated ACME funding guidelines. 10. Approval of Emmett Beliveau’s nomination to the Rally Austin Board of Directors, Theresa Alvarez, CEO & President, Rally Austin. 11. Approval of recommendation for performance rights organizations and transparency in licensing revenue distribution practices following presentation by Secretary Strickland.
