ACME funding guidelines final draft update by Morgan Messick, Assistant Director, Austin Arts, Culture, Music & Entertainment. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ITEMS 9. Discussion and possible action on recommendation of the updated ACME funding guidelines. 10. Approval of Emmett Beliveau’s nomination to the Rally Austin Board of Directors, Theresa Alvarez, CEO & President, Rally Austin. 11. Approval of recommendation for performance rights organizations and transparency in licensing revenue distribution practices following presentation by Secretary Strickland.
