Cultural Funding Community Engagement briefing by Morgan Messick, Assistant Director, Office of Arts, Culture, Music & Entertainment (ACME). DISCUSSION ITEMS 5. 2025 Texas Women’s Songwriters Festival following presentation by Mandy Rowen. 6. Recent increase in number of performance rights organizations and their licensing revenue distribution practices following presentation by Secretary Strickland.
