Approve recommendation for sound assessment and disclosure requirements for residential development near Outdoor Music Venues and Performance Venues by Brian Block, Nightlife & Entertainment Services Manager, Development Services Department. Approve recommendation for Hotel Occupancy Tax collection from unlicensed Short Term Rentals (STR) and additional cultural funding via STR platforms following update on joint Urban Core Land Use Working Group from Vice Chair Patterson.
