Staff briefing on ACME funding programs by Laura Odegaard, Acting Division Manager, ACME. DISCUSSION ITEMS 6. Update on Red River Cultural District economic analysis and the new strategic plan by Nicole Klepadlo, Executive Director of Red River Cultural District. 7.
