Discussion and Possible Action following presentation on the City of Austin’s Request for Proposal Process particularly as it pertains to the Live Music Fund by Yolanda Miller, Deputy Procurement Officer, and Cyrenthia Ellis, Purchasing Manager, Financial Services Department. d.
