APPROVAL OF MINUTES The first 10 speakers signed up prior to the meeting being called to order will each be allowed a three-minute allotment to address their concerns regarding items not posted on the agenda. Approval of Minutes from Regularly Scheduled Meeting on November 1, 2021. 2. CHAIR’S REPORT Looking ahead to issues facing the music community in 2022. 3. OLD BUSINESS a. Discussion and Possible Action regarding process for nominating board representation for the Austin Economic Development Corporation (AEDC). b. Discussion and Possible Action on which working groups are still active and which are dissolved. c. Discussion and Possible Action after update from Systemic Racism Working Group. 4. NEW BUSINESS a. Discussion and Possible Action following update from the Working Group on the Live Music Fund Eligibility Requirements/Stakeholders. b. Discussion and Possible Action on Music Venue Preparedness for Accessibility for People with Disabilities following presentation by Bruce Elfant, Travis County Tax Assessor-Collector and Voter Registrar.
