Conduct a hearing on the appeal filed by Lindsey Randall regarding their Discharge from the Austin Public Health Department. b. Deliberate in open session or closed session, pursuant to 551.074 of the Texas Government Code (personnel exception), on the appeal filed by Lindsey Randall regarding their Discharge from the Austin Public Health Department. c. Possible action and decision on the appeal filed by Lindsey Randall regarding their Discharge from the Austin Public Health Department. 3. NEW BUSINESS a. Discussion and possible action regarding a recommendation of MCS Commission Chair to the Austin City Council Audit and Finance Committee. 4. OLD BUSINESS a. Staff presentation and discussion regarding the MCS Commissioner appointment process. b. Discussion and possible action on future meeting dates, times, and locations. 5.
