Introduction of Disparity Study Consultant, Colette Holt of Colette Holt and Associates and presentation on the City of Austin Disparity Study with discussion and appropriate action. (45 minutes) c. Presentation regarding process for establishing MBE/WBE goals on City procurements with discussion and possible action – (30 minutes) 3. OLD BUSINESS For discussion and possible action on recommendations to City Council (City Code § 2‐1‐163(B)) regarding the following: a. Monthly update on the 1) Council Awards; 2) Third Party Project; 3) Request for Change (RFC) reports; and 4) Certification Roll (10 minutes) b. Discussion and possible action regarding potential updates to the reports provided to the MBE/WBE and Small Business Enterprise Program Advisory Committee. c.
