REGULAR MEETING of the LGBTQ QUALITY OF LIFE ADVISORY COMMISSION MONDAY, JULY 11, 2022 7:00 P.M. Public comment will be allowed in-person or remotely via telephone. Speakers may only register to speak on an item once either in-person or remotely and will be allowed up to three minutes to provide their comments. Registration no later than noon the day before the meeting is required for remote participation by telephone. Staff briefing regarding Austin’s first comprehensive food plan pursuant to Austin City Council Resolution No. 20210610-039. The food plan will cover issues from food production, distribution, retail, consumption, food access, and food recovery and waste. Discussion and possible action regarding the FY2022-23 Budget process including the July 20, 2022, meeting of the Joint Inclusion Committee at which the Budget Office will present on the City Manager's Proposed Budget, the status of commission recommendations, and budget questions from Council.
