Speakers may only register to speak on an item once either in-person or remotely and will be allowed up to three minutes to provide their comments. Discussion of amendments to the Austin Climate Equity Plan spurred by council action. 6. Approval of minutes from the October 25th meeting of the Joint Sustainability Committee.
