I was tasked with summarizing all the comments from the forums for the commissioners and wondered if you could help clarify something that you said. You stressed that your portion of D3, which is south of the river, has been neglected, because of the way the district map has been drawn and the needs in your neighborhood are different from the needs from the rest of east Austin. Can you tell me specifically what neighborhood you're referring to? (Your address would be helpful.)
