Presentation, Discussion, and Possible Action regarding the Approval of the Board Minutes Summary for the Board Meeting held on August 20, 2026 ACTION ITEMS 2. Presentation, Discussion, and Possible Action on Resolution No. 00297 by the Board of Directors of Austin Affordable Housing Corporation ("AAHC") authorizing AAHC to execute any and all documents, or take any other action, that is necessary or desirable to: (i) cause Bridge at Volente, LLC (the "Company") to enter into a bridge loan and/or a term loan for the Bridge at Volente (the "Development"); and (ii) cause AAHC and/or the Company to execute any such further documentation as necessary or desirable to allow the consummation of the transactions described herein 3.
