TAKE NOTICE OF A BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS BRIEFING AND TRAINING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF AUSTIN February 11, 2020 at 10:00 am TO BE HELD AT HACA Central Office 1124 S. IH 35 Austin, TX (512.477.4488) A quorum of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Austin will be meeting to receive a briefing and training from the City Clerk’s Office for the City of Austin. The briefing and training will include financial reporting, ethics, and other city requirements of City Board and Commission appointees. Following the training and briefing, those Board Members present may receive an update on HACA’s Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan will be more fully discussed at the scheduled February 20, 2020 Board of Commissioners Meeting. No votes shall be taken at this meeting. The training will take place on February 11, 2020 at 10:00 am at the HACA Central Office, located at 1124 South IH-35, Austin, Texas. *The Housing Authority of the City of Austin Board of Commissioners reserves the right to discuss and consider items out of order on the agenda on an as needed basis.
