CITIZEN COMMUNICATION: GENERAL The first five speakers signed up prior to the meeting being called to order will each be allowed a three-minute allotment to address their concerns regarding items not posted on the agenda. 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES a. Approve the minutes of the Flood Mitigation Task Force regular meeting of May 4, 2016 3. DISCUSSION ITEMS a. Discuss final draft of the Flood Mitigation Task Force Final Report to Council and receive staff input on document 4. VOTING ITEMS a. Adoption of final draft of Flood Mitigation Task Force Final Report to Council 5. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS a.
