CITIZEN COMMUNICATION: GENERAL The first five speakers signed up prior to the meeting being called to order will each be allowed a three-minute allotment to address their concerns regarding items not posted on the agenda. 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES a. Approve the minutes of the Flood Mitigation Task Force regular meeting of April 28, 2016 3. DISCUSSION ITEMS a. Flood Mitigation Task Force Final Report to Council; approval process of final report b. Discuss Specific Subsections of the Flood Mitigation Task Force Final Report to Council and receive staff input on Report Subsections 4. VOTING ITEMS a. Specific Subsections of Flood Mitigation Task Force Final Report to Council 5. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS a.
