River Hills Road Marina Reconstruction, SP-2022-0167D Seconded by: Perry Bedford WHEREAS, the Environmental Commission recognizes the applicant is requesting to vary from LDC 25-8- 261 Critical Water Quality Zone (CWQZ) Development to allow, in the CWQZ of Lake Austin, development of a gasoline fuel line with a dispenser at the dock for re-fueling private boats; and WHEREAS, the Environmental Commission recognizes the site is located in the Lake Austin Watershed, Water Supply Rural Classification, Drinking Water Protection Zone; and WHEREAS, the Environmental Commission recognizes that Staff does not recommend this variance, having determined that the findings of fact have not been met. THEREFORE, the Environmental Commission does not recommend this variance.
