ENVIRONMENTAL COMMISSION MOTION 20211103 002c Date: November 3, 2021 Seconded by: Rick Brimer Subject: 8921 US Hwy 290 West Wastewater Service Extension Request #4796 Motion by: Kevin Ramberg RATIONALE: WHEREAS, the Environmental Commission recognizes that the Wastewater Service Extension Request (SER) is located in the Slaughter Creek Watershed, Barton Springs Zone, Edwards Aquifer Contributing Zone, and Drinking Water Protection Zone. WHEREAS, the Environmental Commission encourages the applicant to coordinate with the adjacent landowner with approved wastewater SER #4622 to minimize the redundancies of wastewater infrastructure onsite; and WHEREAS, the Environmental Commission recognizes that Watershed Protection Department staff have completed the review and recommend approval of the request. THEREFORE, the Environmental Commission recommends approval of the above noted water service extension request.
