Previous Service Extension Requests • 11/16/2016: Broadstone 620/Birden Multi‐family Wastewater SER (#3880) (Parcel 0175270305, 25‐acre tract) – Proposed multifamily development with 336 units – Not recommended by Environmental Commission & Wastewater Commission • • 10/05/2018: Birden Tract Water & Wastewater SERs (#4098 & 4099) (Parcel 0175270305, 25‐acre tract) – Proposed 138 single family residences (138 LUEs) – WPD staff did not support and applicant withdrew SERs. Staff Recommendation Staff does not recommend approval. Basis for recommendation: Staff review determined that there are significant environmental risks to extend service to the site.
