ENVIRONMENTAL COMMISSION MOTION 20200603-006a Date: June 3, 2020 Subject: Springdale Farms, SP-2019-0253C Motion by: Kevin Ramberg Seconded by: Mary Ann Neely RATIONALE: WHEREAS, the Environmental Commission recognizes the applicant is requesting a variance from LDC 25- 8-261 to allow development in a critical water quality zone. WHEREAS, the Environmental Commission recognizes that staff does not recommend this variance, having determined that the findings of fact have not been met. THEREFORE, the Environmental Commission recommends denial of the requested variance from LDC 25- 8-261 to allow development in a critical water quality zone.
