APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Approve the minutes of the Environmental Commission Regular Meeting on September 17, 2025. The minutes from the Environmental Commission regular meeting on September 17, 2025, were approved on Chair Brimer’s motion, Commissioner Luecke’s second, on a 3-0 vote. Commissioners Changsut and Fierro were absent. DISCUSSION ITEMS 2. 3.
