DACC ADVISORY BOARD MEETING MINUTES (15, MAY 2026) DOWNTOWN AUSTIN COMMUNITY COURT ADVISORY BOARD REGULAR MEETING MINUTES May 15, 2026 The DOWNTOWN AUSTIN COMMUNITY COURT ADVISORY BOARD convened in a REGULAR CALLED meeting on 15, MAY, 2026 at 505 BARTON SPRINGS RD in Austin, Texas. Chair Lea Downey Gallatin called the DOWNTOWN AUSTIN COMMUNITY COURT ADVISORY BOARD Meeting to order at 8:07 a.m. Board Members/Commissioners in Attendance: Chair Lea Downey Gallatin, Vice Chair Dr. Anu Kapadia, Amanda Marzullo and Katy Jo Muncie. Board Members/Commissioners in Attendance Remotely: Azalia Perez, Josh Robinson, Karly Jo Dixon, Patrick Howard and Roy Woody. PUBLIC COMMUNICATION: GENERAL  No speakers were registered. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Approve the minutes of the Downtown Austin Community Court Advisory Board Regular Called meeting on March 27, 2026. • The minutes from the meeting of March 27, 2026, were approved on Board Vice Chair Anu Kapadia’s motion, Board Member Katy Jo Muncie, second on a (9-0) vote with two members not in attendance. DISCUSSION ITEMS 3. Update on Fiscal Year 2026-2027 City of Austin Budget engagement opportunities. (Downey Gallatin/Kapadia) • Presentation by Robert Kingham, Court Administrator from Austin Community Court. Presentation regarding Community Service Program at Austin Community Court. (Downey 4. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS ADJOURNMENT Meeting was adjourned at 9:32 am. The minutes were approved at the July 17, 2026, meeting on Board Vice Chair Anu Kapadia’s motion, Board Member Amanda Marzullo second on a (6-0) vote. Commissioner Kergin Bedell, Commissioner Faye Mills, Commissioner Katy Jo Muncie, and Commissioner Roy Woody were absent. 2
