We understand its challenging for everyone, but we must do our part. • If a board member uses their personal email, they are subject to open records. Please let us know if you wish to have your personal email taken off the distribution list. DACC Advisory Board Annual Outlook and Procedures Attendance • City Code § 2-1-26 outlines specific reasons that may be considered "Excused" • All other reasons are listed as Samples of “Excused” Board member's illness or injury Illness or injury of a member of the board member's immediate family Birth or adoption of the board member's child, for 90 days after the birth or adoption "Unexcused.
